Yoga Calm® Summer Series
 
Help your child develop healthy habits for a lifetime of wellness and happiness.  This series of workshops is designed to help children identify and develop their personal strengths in a supportive setting. Series includes a variety of activities; yoga, community building games, art, and relaxation.  Skills and activities include:

  • Yoga poses and games to develop strength, concentration and self-confidence--and learn compassion and leadership skills.
  • Simple breathing techniques to reduce stress, develop self-control and connect girls with their feelings.
  • Art Acitivities- each Tuesday will have an art activity that relates to the days yoga activities, such as mask making of your "strong self".
  • Relaxation techniques and storytelling to calm the body and mind and integrate physical, emotional and mental experiences.  

 

 

Yoga Calm® Day Camp for Girls

A five day camp building upon the 5 principles of Yoga Calm®: Strength, Community, Stillness, Grounding and Listening.  Each day focuses on a new principle to increase self awareness, inner-strength, communication skills, and stress management.  Learning to develop and cultivate strong, positive, peer relationships.
This five day intensive workshop builds a strong community and support system of girls giving them tools to integrate into their daily lives.
