This series of workshops is designed to help children identify and develop their personal strengths in a supportive setting. Yoga Calm® Day Camp for Girls
A five day camp building upon the 5 principles of Yoga Calm®: Strength, Community, Stillness, Grounding and Listening. Each day focuses on a new principle to increase self awareness, inner-strength, communication skills, and stress management. Learning to develop and cultivate strong, positive, peer relationships.
This five day intensive workshop builds a strong community and support system of girls giving them tools to integrate into their daily lives.
